Take a break from the grind and enjoy the end of summer at this eco friendly retreat centre. Join us as we explore the idea of creating space both on and off the mat to for optimal health. The clean solar powered energy and organic cooking at Harmony Dawn will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energized. Nicola (the chef/owner/manager) is a passionate advocate of fresh, local and organic food while celebrating the genius and diversity of the planet’s culinary traditions. Nicola seeks not only to please the eyes and palates of guests, but provide them with healthy, balanced food prepared with natural and whenever possible, local seasonal ingredients. Harmony Dawn is located 1 1/2 hours North-east from Toronto. *We will be arranging carpool.
