Xinalani Retreat is a yoga-centered resort where tranquility is a way of life. The property occupies a swath of jungle overgrowth with a private beach that feels incredibly secluded for being so close to Puerta Vallarta. Thatched-roof, open-air bungalows are perched on stilts so they blend seamlessly into the forest. As a guest, you’ll enjoy gourmet meals and stunning views of the ocean.
Included in all options:
Three meals per day
Two yoga classes per day
Make an entrance: To arrive at your accommodations, you’ll board a 30-foot fiberglass boat known as a panga and disembark in knee-deep water.
Open-air bungalows: An open-air fourth wall in each cabin allows ocean breezes to drift in while netted canopies protect beds from mosquitos.
Menus for yogis: Designed with healthfulness in mind, the onsite restaurant serves up nutritious, tropical fare such as cactus salad, mushroom and poblano pepper quesadillas, and pibil style chicken with wild rice.
Yoga classes: Enjoy 2 yoga classes daily – Modo, Modo Flow, Yin, Restorative.
Beachfront adventures: No need to limit yourself to yoga. The resort also offers scuba, kayaking, snorkeling, and surfing lessons, and excursions for an additional fee.
Sweat it out: Between the Temazcal sweat lodge and 1,250-square-foot greenhouse, there no shortage of ways to break a sweat and loosen your limbs.
